Two weeks. Credited in full if you sign a Build within 60 days.
Two weeks on one workflow. We fix the obvious process problems first, so AI isn't speeding up a broken step.
- Week 1. We sit with the people doing the work, watch how it really runs, and check a sample of your real data.
- Week 2. We fix the obvious problems, set simple rules for how your team uses AI, and bring you the hours an assistant could give back and a fixed price to build it.
If a build won't pay off, we'll say so. You keep the map, the rules and the fixes either way.
Sometimes the answer is the process, not AI. Then we quote a continuous improvement project instead: same team, same fixed price and end date.

Build

Fixed price, quoted at the end of Ready.
We build one assistant, test it with your people on real work, train them and hand it over. You own it. Before we start, we agree in writing on the real examples it will be tested on and how many it has to get right.
- Answer. Answers staff or customer questions from answers your team approved. From $15,000
- Draft. Drafts quotes, replies and letters for a person to check and send. From $15,000
- Report. Pulls the numbers from your systems and builds the weekly report. From $25,000
- Process. Reads emailed orders and forms and enters them for a person to approve. From $25,000

Sustain
From $750 a month
First 3 months included with every Build. Cancel anytime.
A monthly scorecard of what the assistant did and got wrong, and a person who fixes what slips. It runs on PeelForward, the improvement software we built for continuous improvement work.

- $1,750 a month One Report or Process assistant, or two assistants.
- From $2,500 a month PeelForward also watches the whole process around your assistants, not just the assistants. We size this in the Ready Check.
Then it loops. What Sustain learns picks the next workflow, and the next round starts at Ready.

Most of our work is with manufacturers in Iowa and Nebraska and insurance distribution in Des Moines. If your team has one task buried in paperwork or phone calls, we'd like to hear about it.
